AbstractFor a successful construction project, better creation construction contract is required and key is construction contract administration. Nowadays in Myanmar, many international companies invest not only public and also private in construction industry. They can establish in fullest of contract documents and risk allocation under contract clauses. By studying in Myanmar Owner’s construction contract administration practices compare with theory and concept of one, contract requirements can be easily found that need to develop in which elements, technique and clauses.
