AbstractNowadays, the Department of Rural Road Development under Ministry of Construction had been huge involving an important role of sustainable development in rural roads and bridges. This also assists the rapid export of rural product to the market and promote the socio-economy of rural area. The rural road development projects need to perform well qualified tendering strategy and management system. This report analyzes the strength, weakness and recommendation of tendering process foe finding qualified contractors and suppliers for its tendering process of work and material that undertaken by DRRD. All participant involve in the project will need to fully understand with the tendering procedures and project delivery methods that use in construction. This will also help and important to the successful implementation of any project by using tender management procedures. So, tendering strategy and management is essential for every public projects.
