AbstractThis report is to study stakeholders, stakeholder management and problems in rural road infrastructure project. Kywel Kone- Narr Pyane-Naung Kwom-Pone Woe rural road construction project is chosen as a case study. There are six stages in the process of rural road construction; project initiation stage, project planning stage, project budgeting stages, project execution stage, project monitoring and controlling stage, and project closing stage. So many stakeholders are involved in these stages of rural road construction project. In this report, analyze strengths and weaknesses of stakeholder management in each stage of rural road construction project. Finally, propose the recommendations for the improvement of stakeholder management in rural road construction project. In this report mentioned that improved management actions and responsible parties for the future rural road project.
