| Abstract | This report is to study Design Requirements Identification, Quality Management in the Design Phase and problems in the Golf Course Project. Nay Pyi Taw City Golf Course Construction Project is chosen as a case study. There are two main parts contributing in the City Golf Course Project’s Design; one is the fairway design and the second is the building design. Design Development Process is systematically conducted in four stages such as Design Concept Stage, Preliminary Design Stage, Detail Design / Final Design Stage and also Design Requirements Identification is a crucial aspect of the Project’s Inception Stage. In this report, the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of Design Quality Management in the City Golf Course Project is discussed. Finally, the recommendations for the improvement of Design Quality Management in the Golf Course construction project have been suggested. This report has also mentioned improved and polished Design Management Actions and the responsible parties for the future Golf Course Project. |
